Rock Pro BCD

The Rock Pro dive BCD is super resistant and provides a great fit. The Rock Pro adds to the features of the Rock BCD and includes an integrated, quick release weight system. The Rock Pro is definitely among the most durable of Mares BCD models and is adapted to different kinds of dive.

The backplate includes Tyrpol padding for better comfort. The connection of the bladder to the harness allows the bag to expand outwards. Thanks to this special design, chest compression during dives is avoided.

The Rock Pro jacket is equipped with 6 strategically placed, stainless steel D-Rings for safe and easy use.

The quick-release buckles are made of high-strength technopolymer. The ventral buckle is 50mm and the shoulder strap buckles are 40mm. The Rock Pro is also equipped with a 20mm buckle on the chest that incorporates a whistle that can be very useful in an emergency.

Inside the right pocket is an elastic loop for securing small accessories. The pockets also include special openings for storing the octopus and the pressure gauge or console.

The jacket is equipped with two dump valves, one on the right shoulder and one on the lower right, in addition to the inflator hose manual dump valve. All valves are 'low profile' for minimum bulk and drag.

The Rock Pro comes with a tank attachment strap for more stable, secure tank positioning.

The low weight of this model makes it ideal as travel diving equipment.

The main features of the Rock Pro are:

  • Strong and durable
  • Integrated weight system
  • Perfect fit thanks to enveloping shoulder straps
  • Anatomical pocket cut to minimise water resistance during a dive
  • Right pocket includes an internal elastic strap for accessory clips
  • Padded back panel
  • Strategically placed steel D-rings
  • Lightweight and travel-friendly
  • Weight: 3.3 kg (Size M)
  • Material: Cordura®420
  • Backpack: Monoplate
  • Weight pocket system: Standard System
  • Stainless Steel D-rings: 6
  • Bladder: Classic Bladder

Mission Gauge options below. Price will adjust according to selection.

The Mission Gauge combinations from Mares are all compact and easy to read and available in 3 analogue options.

The Mission 1

The Mission 1 diving pressure gauge has a new, easy-to-read dial in a shockproof, elastomers techno polymer case. Multiple hooks for the correct positioning of the console and maximum ease of operation underwater.

The basic model of the new instrument line is the metal Mission 1 pressure gauge, suitable for a pressure of 300 bar and integrated in a shockproof plastic case. Excellent readability, ergonomic design and two eyelets for practical attachment to the jacket are the special features of this standard instrument.

The main features of the Mission 1 dive pressure gauge are:
- New modular design
- Multiple attachment points
- New easy-to-read display
- Brass case
- Technopolymer window
- Phosphorescent dial
- Protective rubber console

The Mission 2

This analog console with a pressure gauge and depth gauge offers a simple yet versatile design that optionally allows the analog depth gauge to be replaced with the Puck computer capsule .

The Mission 2 console is impressive due to its slim, ergonomic design and is fitted with four eyelets to be attached to the jacket. It includes the manometer suitable for a pressure of 300 bar and integrated in a shockproof plastic case. The depth gauge has a towed hand that displays the maximum depth reached during a dive. The case is designed so that the new Puck computer can be easily inserted in place of the depth gauge in the event of a subsequent upgrade.

The main features of the Mission 2 dive gauge are:
- New modular design
- New, easy-to-read display
- Brass case
- Technopolymer window
- Phosphorescent dial

The main features of the Mission 2 depth gauge are:
- Phosphorescent dial
- Oil-immersed
- Maximum depth hand
- Linear scale

The main features of the Mission 2 console are:
- Protective rubber console
- Multiple hook-up points

The Mission 3

An analogue console with pressure and depth gauges, complemented by a dedicated compact compass. Shockproof case with optimal inclination for easy and simultaneous reading of instruments and compass.
With the possibility of subsequently replacing the analogue depth gauge with a Puck capsule computer.

Included in the Mission 3 triple console are the pressure gauge, analogue depth gauge and compass. It is also possible to replace the depth gauge in this console with the new Puck computer at a later date.
The most interesting aspect of this layout is the inclined position of the compass, which allows the two instruments (compass direction and air supply) to be displayed simultaneously.
The manometer is suitable for a pressure of 300 bar and is integrated in a shockproof plastic case.
The main features of the Mission 3 diving pressure gauge are:
- New modular design
- New easy-to-read display
- Brass case
- Technopolymer window
- Phosphorescent dial

The main features of the Mission 3 diving compass are:

Rover 15X Regulator
15X First Stage
The 15X balanced membrane first stage has one DFC port and pre-oriented ports, also making it suitable for octopus configuration. It is very compact and has a sandblasted finish.

The DIN300 balanced membrane first stage weighs 598g. The INT version weighs 772g.

Rover Second Stage

The Rover second stage guarantees high performance, even after intensive use. The large purge button features a 'dynamic hinge' design, which makes purging easy, even with a single finger. It also prevents free flow in the event of strong currents and is made of a durable rubber material that can withstand over 113,000 venting cycles.

The patented Mares Vortex Assisted Design (VAD) system combined with the Fluid Dynamic Deflector (FDD) enables natural breathing at all depths.

The Rover's combination of durability and performance make it the ideal regulator for intensive rental use. Includes a rubber hose.

ULTRALIGHT TECHNOPOLYMER

Abrasion resistant and affordable, ideal for diving in warm and moderate water temperatures.

FLUID DYNAMIC DEFLECTOR

Receives and properly directs the airflow from the bypass tube to the mouthpiece.

VAD - VORTEX ASSISTED DESIGN

The air bypass tube delivers air to the mouthpiece creating a swirling vortex with a low pressure area in the center that keeps the diaphragm down during inhalation, for very sensitive and easy breathing at all depths.

DFC - DYNAMIC FLOW CONTROL

Minimizes intermediate pressure drop during inhalation thus maximizing gas delivery, especially under extreme conditions.
