We offer free shipping on items purchased over $150 your products will be shipped by Australia Post.
Standard shipping for orders less than $150 are charged at $10.00. Orders shipped to metropolitan areas are typically 2 - 4 working days on the east coast 7 to 10 day's to the west coast) and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Any product found to be out of stock at the time of you making your order we may choose to drop ship the items directly from our suppliers warehouse and this could result in 2 shipments.
If products are delayed due to stock outages, we will contact you and advise you of the estimated time of product arrival. Tracking details will be provided so that you can track the progress of your order.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Dive Newcastle if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the Carrier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
